Another example of why the US Constitution is deeply flawed.

It gives too much power to one man, then fails to provide substantial real time powers of oversight to congress, and the courts are too slow.

It might have worked if the senate was an independent, non-partisan body. But that isn't what it is.

America is so broken. The whole trust apparatus has failed.

And yet the deeply flawed constitution is the only thing holding the president back in terms of the next election.

We know because the WH Press Secretary was sent out to deny it. That's always the clue that something is true. Usually that is followed by Trump confirming it.
