Tightness around the spinal canal is another way of saying "Spinal Stenosis" and there is no fix for that....

My mother suffered with it for years. The shots helped her immensely though for that. I wold not turn your nose up at that.. Stenosis actually is treated wellw ith those cortisone shots. Problem is always who is paying for them...

Is it possible you could apply for Social Security disabily with uyour back being the rtrain wreck it is? Then you could move onto medicaid which should be pretty good coverage, similar to my medicare advantage plan.

I just paid $250 total for this suregery. That includes the hospital surgical room, the Surgeon and assistant, the Anethesiologist, and anything associated with that surgery.

This mioght be wellw orth considering and ask that bone doctor to help you with that. You should be able to file and have some substantiation as to your disability to work with a back like that...
