Hello Mr. Stevens. I have reviewed your lumbar MRI. There are multiple findings including tightness around the spinal canal, the exit points for the nerves and arthritis involving multiple joints. I do think it would be good to review this with you personally, in hopes to better localize best target for spinal injection. If you agree, please call to schedule a follow-up appointment. This can be in person or virtual.
I am not doing any shots, I want a permanent fix. I will talk to him about that........
