and....

he is having his rallies start up next week, with waivers!!!

President Trump, bowing to pressure, said he would delay a rally in Tulsa, Okla., planned for Juneteenth, a holiday honoring the end of slavery.

The rally was originally set for next Friday, or June 19, the day in 1865 when Union soldiers arrived in Texas and read the Emancipation Proclamation announcing that slaves had been freed, the last of the Confederate states to officially receive the news.

The Trump campaign’s decision to hold a rally on Juneteenth in Tulsa, the site of one of the country’s bloodiest outbreaks of racist violence, generated vociferous criticism amid the national reckoning over race and justice in the United States. In a Twitter message shortly before midnight, Mr. Trump said he would move the rally to June 20 instead.

Consider fears realised. The contagion appears to be growing again in the US. Mortality rate is likely to follow in a week or two.

This time, it is Trump country in the crosshairs, with Florida, Arizona and Texas, Arkansas, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama in the vanguard. Freedumb!

Also California.

Disastrous Trump administration decision-making to reopen in the midst of the pandemic.

Should have followed the example of the leaders of the free world: Germany, France, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UK, Italy and Spain. They each waited for their new cases to fall through the floor before lowering their guard.
