Gonna commiserate with ya, micro ... been there when I was 17 years old. Unfortunately, from my experience with the therapists (more appropriate term for them is "sadists"), they do not take "it does not want to bend" as an excuse ... and then they make it bend. I cannot remember how many hours I spent on the living room floor, on my stomach, with a twirled up towel wrapped around my ankle, and pulling at both ends of that damn towel with everything I had to stretch out those knee ligaments. Makes me teary eyed just to think about it ... and there aren't any of ribit's corrosive farts involved, either.
Hang tough ... don't let the sadists ... I mean "therapists" ... get ya down!
