And, their records are not public when they have been disciplined. That needs to change.

That was a fractured skull with a burst eardrum.

There's a clear pattern of deception when police officers report incidents of this type. That they lie nearly every time someone gets injured and they were caught on tape suggests there is a widespread culture of lying in police departments.

That is very concerning.
