Okay ... I'm on board with that ... and each African American who is a descendant of slaves will also be assessed a one-time charge in repayment of the trillions of dollars the U.S. government has given them over the past several decades. That one-time charge comes to $351,948. So, each of these African Americans can consider themselves justly and adequately reparated and need to send a cashier's check for the $1,181 difference to Toad Suck, GA in care of King Ribit the Great.
