I think the generals are warning trump.

If he tries to use the military for unconstitutional purposes, they will do their duty to the people. The people are the highest authority, not the president. The constitution is written on their authority.

I fear that new fence indicates trump's intent.

The generals may have to remove it, if the time comes.
