There aren't enough brown shirted prison guards to lock down the whole country. Just the area around the White House. Sounds like DC police are not enthusiastic about brutallising their fellow citizens. Whereas Texas prison guards know how to treat violent prisoners, such as the people of the capital city of the USA.
Perfect symbol of the Trump presidency. The US is in prison. Would be nice to return to freedom, not freedumb, popular democracy not strong man populism.
