I got a better idea. <<<< OMG, YOU DO!!

1.) Try to track down who put the bricks there. <<< DECOMPOSED IS IN CHARGE OF THAT.

2.) Remove two layers and insert a bunch of those
'dye pack' bombs and some tear gas bombs inside. Put
some bricks back and when the bombs go off you know who
to arrest.

YOU HAVE TO HAVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF EVIL INTENT TO DO SUCH A THING AND TO HAVE SUCH THOUGHTS.
