I don't claim to understand why . . .
Maybe I got a weird metabolism?
Back in 2009 I started seeing a quack for a while . . .
And the triglycerides was 293 but the HDL and LDL was not that bad.
I dropped the triglycerides and lost weight but the LDL just kept
going up.
By the way, the A1C for a normal person is 4 to 6. The quack decided
I must be diabetic . . . though my A1C put me just under the wire.

I know from first hand experience when I was a tad younger say about 30 years ago having triglyceride readings like that AND higher than wanted HDL and LDL readings...
