LOL I eat a lot of fruits and juices and I love salads. I cant figure why it so dang high. I started about a year ago doing everything I can to get it down. I guess I will have to give up pork rhines, LOL I love those things. And yes they are loaded with bad stuff. I cant see one item I like to eat would account for the numbers but.
