They are very good when added in broken pieces to OATMEAL wwith blueberries and some sugar free syrup mixed together. I put a couple tablespoons of unsweeted applesauce on top as well. Ya gts some fruits and heart healthy walnuts and some oatmeal.. Filling, tasty, and great for your body! I eat this about five days out of seven.. I have a couple of eggs and two strips of bacon with an english muffin the other two days or a bowl of cereal with blueberries or strawberried...
Breallfast is a foundational start to a day... Thisis low to no cholesterol or fat and will help bring yours down....
