George Floyd's brother is calling for Murder in the FIRST DEGREE.

Yes, some people want him charged with first-degree murdet which means it was premeditated. I don’t think they can prove that Chauvin planned on killing Floyd at their first encounter. If they charge him with murder one he will be acquitted. They are clearly trying to make legal decisions that are beyond their grasp.
