The two organizations responsible for the info are the Civilian Review Authority who are appointed by the mayor (and we know which way frey leans) and of course
the Communities United Against Police Brutality a left wing bunch of whiners if I ever heard of one. They even have a training course on their website just in case you have been brutalized by police and don't know it.
