I think there's an intimate knowledge around the country that there are two Americas 

...there are actually two worlds out there and if your group or club or tribe is more or less held in disdain in all of them, some selk examination might be in order.

Princeton University professor and MSNBC contributor Eddie Glaude, Jr. said Wednesday on his network that Americans need to understand "how profoundly racist our country is."

Ooops ... you misspoke, professor. Please allow me to help you out. You meant to say, "We have to understand how profoundly racist the race-baiters in our country are." 

"But I think there's an intimate knowledge around the country that there are two Americas ..."

Yes, quite right ... there are the Democrat Plantations where the indentured inhabitants have become dependent on the political spoils of their masters and are encouraged to act out as supposed "victims," and then there is the rest of America - where one is expected to be personally responsible for carrying on one's life in a productive, honorable manner.
