...this is the second "I can't breathe" incident announced by folks who don't know shit. In both incidents the individual was speaking. If you cannot breathe you cannot speak. Before we run out and hang these guys, let's see what the autopsy says. The media will be torn between it being murder by cops or covid 19 by Trump. It's gonna be hard for them to make a decision.
