the Taliban would like to go capture and execute 900 more of those dimwit officials who are better skilled at herding goats than they are at understanding their mortal enemies.

Iffen any of them get caught by these 900 tehy is more likely to have their throats slit or head chopped off than have the same release courtesy extended.
