Sounds like here a few years ago. On highway 9 is my bike ride road and there was a 10' culvert going under the road and this stupid state shut down 9 for 1.5 years while they built a bridge, SO the salmon WOULDN'T get so stressed out going through the culvert. Only cost wa tax payers 3.2 million bucks. Biggest bitch is I couldn't ride my road for 1.5 years RAT BASTIDS!!!!!!
