...why does a judge in a case that both sides agree should be dismissed unless he has already made up his mind (and he is not supposed to have done that) and he wants to protect himself from criminal or civil penalties? Perhaps the justice department and Flynn's lawyer need to advise the judge of his civil rights before they proceed any further. I never thought I would say or think this, but Emmett Sullivan is more corrupt than Eric Holder.
