I cooked 2 rockfish fillets. Gave them some seasoning, dredged in flour then panko. 5 minutes DONE. very good and not grezzy....... Hot and fast in these. The smaller one I am saving for fish. Cant cook other stuff in that oil, and the other , twice the size will be for wings and everything else. Fish taste really good.....
