Realist - Everybody in America is soft, and hates conflict. The cure for this, both in politics and social life, is the same -- hardihood. Give them raw truth.
That would be smart.... Can you get status as medically disabled? If so you could then be elegible for Medicaid which is a form of medicare for people under medicare age and yet in bad health condition that they cannot hold steady employment... You may well qualify for that...
At least maybe in my state.. I would be surprised not in liberal Washington...
