Yeah, I agree ... the immediate reaction is that he could have easily put a stop to it. But, in our litigious society, he'd have to be real careful as to how he went about shutting her down - especially in the current era of "Believe All Women" - or did THAT just die with Gropey Joe???
The other important piece of information we are missing is - what did she look like?
1. "Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!"
2. "Stewardess, can I be assigned another seat - NOW!!!
