My orthopedic doctor that ordered the MRI formy right knee which was done on Monday had his assistent to call me today. I do not see him at his office until Friday next week but they had the radiology report..

It wasn't good.

The worst thing is the "very large tear" of the meniscus".

That pretty well explains the pain emanating from the back side of the knee and exploding through it if I am on it for any length of time.
So they reminded me thisof course likely means surgery when I see Doc next week to shedule.. The only funny thing is that Doc is the one who rebuilt this mangled knee back in 1997 when I did a number on it running.
Heven't been able to run or jog ever since as he said..

So I am to come prepared to look at surgical dates a week from Friday. My wife is overjoyed. Not..

I am lookingforward to getting out of knee pain so I can at least walk somewhat again. The low right back is still a problem and I mayhave tos ee my back surgeon again but for now, one JOINT at a time! lol!!!!!

Its safe to say I won't be too mobile for a little bit..
There is also some cartilege damage as well but the biggestthing is the monster tear of the meniscus..

The news just keeps getting better!!!! lol!!!!
