so basically, the masks really are only a feel good about yerself thing, which is pretty much what I have felt all along. I don't buy into the mantra of wear a mask so I can NOT SPREAD droplets of mine from going out into airspace and maybe give someone whatever I have.
I think that is as phony a explanation as I have ever heard from any of the thousands of emplyees I had in my life as to why they were late to work or missed days without calling in..
It is apparent that the rules regarding the criminals are different than for the law abiding citizens.
IF all a mask does is keep droplets from spraying everywhere, it also allows things smaller than that to escape OR come in... Even the best masks for medical personnel allow 5% penetration.
They are not in and of themselves secure. They are better than nothing..
The argument that you can't kep a prison somehow just does not seem good. I suspect that cells could get hosed or sprayed with de=contaminate like the stores use. Wipes could in addition to that be emplopyed.
These really great masks that the opfficials wanted everyone to wear, good or not, could also be used by the criminals and of course they are distances in their cells that have been cleaned using sterile disinfectant like LYSOL for instance...
The point is, that if the instructions, ORDERS from Dictator governors to stay in place, only go out and wear masks to the general public and employees going to work deemed essential(whatever the definition of that is), is GOIOD for law abiding citizens, WHY then DO NOT THE SAME PRACTICES work for the criminals?
WEAR the MASKS to kep from spreading it to others! That's what we were told here in this state.
And yet, the penal system claims that does not work....
Hmmmmmmm. So which is it GUBMINT? Apparently, wearing a mask is not as effective as was advertised because ifi t was, there was no need to release all the inmates back into the population because they would not be spreding it around... They cannot have it both ways... Its either good for everyone or it is not...
I contend it NEVER WAS and its all BS to foment fear and dependency upon the government.
So, aparently we are not going to see this the same way and that is okay.. It does not make me wrong. It does not make YOU wrong in your view...
It does however make me wonder, why two different standards for free citizens and for inmates???
