I'm amazed that you do not get the reasoning. It's quite simple actually.
It is TOLD to the general public that if we shelter in place, (stay in your own closed quarters with each other), and WEAR MASKS so that we don't spread germies to anyone else, we will be fine...
SO, IF THAT IS THE CASE, then WHY did the authorities then tell the LAW ABIDING public that the criminals had to be released from prison and sent back out to the public so they could become repeat offenders and do what they do best, be criminals.. ?
WHEN the officials simply could have given them all the same face masks they told us were going to take care of us not spreading germs around and if we distance we will be fine?
IF THAT IS GOOD for the POPULACE and supposed to work, WHY THEN did the same thinking not apply to the prison population by giving them the masks and keeping six feet apart indoors like they wanted all the rest of us to do??
APPARENTLY De, the real reasonis because the maks do notreally provide any great security and neither does the distancing or else releasing all the convicts would not need to have occurred....

Its because wearing these freaking face masks does not really protect you or anyone else. That's why they released the prison population. Otherwise there was no need to release that popul;ation worrying that theyw ould all get the virus since the masks do such a wonderful job of preventing that..... not....
