...the chinese nor anyone else has been able to contain it when they just had once case in their respective countries, now they have thousands and it's all safe now. I don't believe it. This virus isn't going away any more than the common cold virus nor the regular flu is going away. The logistics of containing it would destroy us all.

So, let me see if I got this right. The coronovirus was major league here in this Chinese city. Apparently its citizens still had this, and so now a second large batch of them are showing signs of STILL HAVING IT there in the same place, but this has to somehow be a SECOND Outbreak?
Methinks they never got rid ofthe first one altogether does anyone else?
