Not sure Barr has any tools that can't be undone. And no trial means no pardon. So Flynn is still doomed assuming Trump is kicked out, as he ought to be.

The US needs to find itself again. Both the self-hating woke culture of the left and the deadly gun culture of the right need to go. The US has been a force for good and can be again. But it's on the wrong track at the moment. And Biden won't clean the stables because he's not that sort of guy.

The basic underlying flaw is the shining city on the hill, which is not founded on a sense of humility, which is what all countries need, but especially the great ones and the ones that aspire to greatness.

Barr is looking for Flynn to be immune from charges forever.

Judge Sullivan can say no to that, he can also require the parties involved to explain. And several quit this case minutes before it was made public, they would NOT sign off.

This country has lost all moral standing, when the rule of law can be flouted like this.

Oh, Trump put a top donor in charge to the US post office, just when voting by mail is paramount...... shoot me!
