I believe I've said this before . . . but I'll say it again.
When the 'system' is capitalist and NOT run by the government,
The People at least have a chance of somebody (the government)
curbing the more larcenous aspects of capitalism
When the 'system' is ran by socialists, communists, or any
other type of government where the government runs everything,
'The People' haven't got a chance of being protected from
larcenous dictatorial stooges.
Of course, OCU ... you DO realize that Capitalism is a system ... it is neither moral or corrupt in and of itself ... any corruption comes from immoral, unethical people? And of course, you also realize that the antithesis of private ownership - everything owned by the state - suffers from the same malady of corrupt individuals? In fact, state ownership actually suffers even more from corruption because the free-market checks and balances that do exist in Capitalism do not exist in Communism. You DO realize these obvious, undeniable FACTS, right, OCU? Or, are you simply a moron? What say you, OCU?
