It's an obvious smear, csl. We both know it.

We've been talking about these situations for months. It's the pattern that counts. When you see someone like Harvey Weinstein or Bill Cosby or Donald Trump with a pattern of behaviour, then believe the accusers. When there's an accuser with a likely motive, presume the innocence of the accused unless material evidence is brought.

There are marginal situations. This isn't one of them. We all know who Biden is. We all know why this person has appeared on the scene. It's dirty politics.

Should the charge be accepted, dismissed, investigated?

I understand she had contemporaneous discussions regarding the alleged incident, but it was nearly 30 years ago. Why now?

I don�t see how any investigation would prove anything for either of them. It is just another �he said, she said� episode that could be alleged about anyone, anytime. No one is exempt.
