340 deaths added today, to the 34 they had previously. Surely they noticed 340 people had died. It must be there was uncertainty in terms of the cause of the deaths.
Same as New York, which bumped up its deaths by 4k or so today.
Are other state governors hiding massive numbers of deaths due to issues of definition at the CDC?
Has Trump created fake low numbers of deaths by omitting to provide test kits and making it difficult to say whether people who died of pneumonia had COVID-19?
I fear the number is going to turn out to be much nearer 70k than 37k. And that the scale of the disaster is twice as terrible as the numbers reported up to now.
