And Pelosi. It's not going to happen in a constitutionally viable format.

There's also case law. Obama tried something a lot like this and SCOTUS clearly told him he could not foist his picks on Congress in this way.

A sensible president would pick some competent, bipartisan employees. But not the orange fatty.
