It's been reported that over 9,000 absentee ballots were never delivered to voters who had requested them. And on top of that, several thousand absentee ballots which WERE mailed back to the state by voters had NO postmark on them and therefore they were rejected. Wisconsin law clearly states that the DATE of the POSTMARK is the only means that can be used to determine if a ballot was mailed on time. NO postmark, NO date. NO date, NO Vote.
Now those ballots were actually delivered by the Post Office, just that someone had forgotten to run them through the system that added postmarks to the envelopes.
