There are three statements he made that stand out to me:

There are only 15 people with this, and they are getting better.
(I wonder, did he really believe that? I mean really, did he think no one would notice?)

It's going to disappear, like a miracle.

Do we need a specific date? Because we remember when he was ignoring the obvious at the point that everyone else saw what was happening on tv.

Basically, he's the slowest person in America to figure anything out, and when he does, he invariably gets his decision wrong.

Was it mid-March when he first ordered PPE? Gadzooks what a lazy, fat, orange sloth he is.
