Or put another way, less than 3,000 people died on 9/11. I guess you thought there was no point in worrying about it because on the same day, more people died of old age, heart attacks, cancer and car crashes.

For myself, a virus on an exponential curve that added more than 30,000 cases yesterday and 2,000 deaths, and that can wipe out a health system where it is allowed to multiply is worth fighting in the way the health experts recommend.

I think even an American who believes in Trump's abilities as a doctor - and who represents his own opinion and not that of other Americans - can figure that isolation to prevent multiplication is the correct path.

Of course, if you want to follow Trump's advice if the time comes, that is your business. If he says that his gut tells him ground up arsenic will help, I imagine you will try that too.

For me, I'll ask my doctor. I imagine many Americans will do so too.

It appears HCQ may be a very inexpensive, generic medication that may be effective against many viruses. It has nominal and known side effects. The pharma industry has a vested financial interest in promoting vaccines. The extensive use of HCQ threatens that financial interest. There are many medical professionals across the world advocating the use of HCQ.

It’s not rocket science, when you are in a foxhole fighting for your life you use the weapons you have, rather than waiting for something better that might come along after you are long dead. Maybe you need to be an American to understand.
