Oregon doing what the federal government ought to be.

I don't see what purpose being part of the United States is if Florida gets whatever it wants, and New York gets so little.

Why not be your own country and use your taxes to a central government of New York so that you can borrow what you need and build your own stockpile of ventilators.

If the federal government won't do the job, what's it for?

New York needs more ventilators, and we are answering their call for help.

We'll be sending 140 ventilators to help NY because Oregon is in a better position right now. We must do all that we can to help those on the front lines of this response.
