The full quote. Maybe you lost the last sentence but left the question mark behind?

Your version: “The first gulp from the glass of natural sciences will turn you into an atheist, but at the bottom of the glass God is waiting for you”?

Fuller version: "The first sip of a glass of natural science will make you an atheist, but at the bottom of the glass, God awaits you. Will we be able to get to the bottom of the glass?"

No matter if you believe in the Spiritual world
of Good v Evil or the Material world of Spin up
v Spin down, positive v negative, matter v's anti-matter we all reside in this polar opposite Universe.

No matter if you believe that the end was
written in the beginning or we all have free will,
both are supported by Religion and Science.

You can choose to believe in Super determinism
in science to explain away Retrocausality experiments or invoke Many World's Theory to preserve free will.

Werner Heisenberg, father of Quantum Mechanics said “The first gulp from the glass of natural sciences will turn you into an atheist, but at the bottom of the glass God is waiting for you”?
