clo, Trump is very happy not to supply equipment to NY. Think of everything through the prism of his desire to win the election. He wants Cuomo to look bad. It doesn't matter to him that Americans die, if they are librul Americans and didn't vote for him. He's set up the governors to blame for failure, and, surprise, he is doing things to make sure they do so. It's never a coincidence.
Today he had more urgency, and scared me with his forecast, because I believe him.
He's careful when he makes demands, not to offend Trump, in order to get what he needs.
