Perhaps you are not aware the medication requires a prescription,
so a medical professional must issue the prescription. Because of the president, many more people are aware of the existence of the medication.

If anyone in my family, or anyone I know, is diagnosed with the virus I would implore then to ask for the prescription. Regardless of your animosity toward the president, I would encourage you to do the same.
