When doma was saying how this virus doesn't compare to TB, he quoted 4,000 deaths per day for TB, and if memory serves, at that point there were around 400 deaths per day for coronavirus.
A week or so later, and coronavirus is killing nearly 1,000 per day. It doesn't take a genius to see that a virus which metastasises at this rate will be killing over 10,000 per day in three weeks or so.
We need to work hard to stop it spreading. Or hospitals everywhere will be overwhelmed like those in Italy, which contributed another 427 deaths today.
