Here in Orange County (CA) they're asking that no formal gatherings, of any size, take place, that all bars are to close and the only restaurants that can remain open are those that offer take-out or delivery services.
As of this evening, they're saying that there are 29 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Orange County, however, only eight of them are suspected to have contracted the virus by what they call 'community spread'. The others apparently have been traced back to individuals whom they know already had the virus. I assume this could include medical personnel.
