In his fantasy, Obama is the villain and the CDC was ruined by all those wicked people Trump fired, who were meant to prepare the country for a pandemic. Fortunately, America now has the medical genius (who, of course, understands medicine better than the doctors) in the seat of power.
Fortunately, Trump has his rubes who actually believe it all. Even the coronavirus cannot cure a muddled head.

@CDCgov looked at, and studied, its testing system, but did nothing about it. It would always be inadequate and slow for a large scale pandemic, but a pandemic would never happen, they hoped. President Obama made changes that only complicated things further.....
