A couple of days ago I said if I were Biden I'd publicly announce NOW Kamala Harris as VP, have a conversation with Warren and tell her she can have any position she desires including Secretary of State, approach both General Mattis and Kelly to join his administration as SecDef and Director of Homeland Security, offer Klobuchar Justice, and Buttigieg any other post including HHS. I might even bring Vindman in as WH Chief of Staff.

That would guarantee an absolute slam dunk victory in November and the Dow would jump back 2000 points.
