...making shooting from car windows illegal is what brought about the popularity of 4WD vehicles. Now ya don't have to shoot em. Ya can just turn off the road and chase em down. Don't ya just love that terrified look they get in their eyes when they look over their shoulders and see yer high beams bearing down on em? It's a great sport dontcha think?
