You can’t sell to others without a background check, so I don’t see how that helps. Universal background checks are about no sale without a background check to anyone for anything, anywhere.

I suspect the purchase limit clause is primarily aimed at reducing 'straw purchases'. If you can only buy one firearm a day, it wouldn't give you much of a chance to build any sort of significant 'business'.
