Depends if you believe your ears, or the spin intended to make what is obvious mean something it doesn't.

By new hoax, he evidently meant the virus; although somehow his media team think they can convince folks the subject of his sentence was something else. Perhaps his brain had wandered to pop tarts or spaghetti or hamberders when he passed the full stop.
