I've been wondering if Dems should run Bloomberg, after all. I don't share his politics. But he would make a decent Republican president of the traditional type if elected by Dems. Perhaps he could fix the party that way. Better to have a sane GOP for the long run interests of the country. Then run a real Dem against him next time around.
