I am not sure how you keep it when one major party is anti-democratic, doesn't believe in the rule of law, ignores its own powers of impeachment, stands behind an obviously corrupt man (even if you ignore the politics, his charity and university enterprises tell you all you need to know), and is willing to extort help from foreign powers in a way that also benefits Russia.

Trump is not going to change. His party is rotten to the core. And his voters are deeply ignorant and prone to believe in nonsensical conspiracy theories.

It is really stunning, they have turned logic & the law upside down & flushed it down the toilet.

I don't see how we recover after this.
