This would give Trump, not to mention all future presidents, a blank check to run a corrupt reelection campaign. That being said, someone should take this to court as it would seem to violate the 14th Amendment, equal protection under the law. If the an incumbent president can do whatever he needs to win, where does that leave his opponent?
