Chief Justice: “one reason [the Senate] has earned [the] title [of the world’s greatest deliberative body] is because its members avoid ...using language ...not conducive to civil discourse”
Unfortunately, there isn't such a title. But if there was, the senate hasn't earned it. And even if it had earned, the world has never said it.
At best, it's the sort of domestic conceit that puffs people up and does damage to the sense of their own importance.
